Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing Time

Every Nifty Nurse product is handcrafted in small batches — we do not ship pre-made inventory sitting on a shelf. Because of this, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and quality-checked before it ships.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes

Total delivery estimate from order date: 5–8 business days (processing + transit). Delivery may be faster during non-peak periods.

Shipping Rates

• Orders $65 and over — FREE standard USPS Priority shipping
• Orders under $65 — Flat rate calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
• Local Atlanta, GA pickup — Always free, by appointment only

We Currently Ship Within the United States Only

International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside the US and interested in our products please email us at support@niftynurseskincare.com — we would love to hear from you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Nifty Nurse Skincare Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch an error right after ordering, email us immediately at support@niftynurseskincare.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to USPS and tracking has been provided, delivery is in USPS's care. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Unopened Products — 14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

1. Email support@niftynurseskincare.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back in original packaging — customer is responsible for return shipping cost
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will replace it at no charge to you.

1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
2. Email support@niftynurseskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
3. We will ship a replacement right away at no cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

Skin Reactions

All of our products are made with cosmetic-grade natural ingredients. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product — apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will discuss options with you on a case-by-case basis.

Because individual skin reactions are highly personal and cannot be predicted, we are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened and used. Patch testing before use protects both you and your skin.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price are eligible for exchange or store credit only — not monetary refund — unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
